The living memory system for AI-native builders & teams.

Built for planning and shipping with AI agents. Context captured as you build, remembered across every session. Nothing to re-explain.

Start freeSee how it worksContext is everything.

FreeRide is your project's living memory.

You think freely.
Your project keeps up.

Every session starts smart.

No more re-explaining. Your agent arrives knowing where things stand, and pulls deeper context as soon as you dig in.

No commands. Just talk.

Keep building. FreeRide handles the rest.

Knowledge compounds over time.

All work and new flows logged. Future plans and tasks. Decisions and why you made them. Docs that stay fresh. What was done in past sessions. Your project gets smarter with every session.

You kept it in your head, until your head got full.

Then you tried. Markdown files in the repo. NotionNotiondocs you never update. LinearLineartickets that go stale. A CLAUDE.mdClaudethat grew until nobody reads it.

They all break for the same reason: they need YOU to do the organizing. And you're busy building.

One shared brain for the whole team.

Every member's agent reads and writes the same living memory — decisions, docs, plans, ideas — so context stops dying between sessions and between people.

See how teams work

Cross-agent coordination.

Context captured in one session is known in all of them — every member, every agent. Nothing lives in one person's head.

Onboarding, on day one.

A new team member's agent arrives knowing everything your team ever made — and why. Productive on day one.

Not just for engineers.

For less technical teammates, the agent becomes a senior colleague — it knows how things are built, what was decided, what to avoid. They ship real work confidently.

Connect in one command.

No workflow change. No configuration. You're up and running in seconds.

Questions, answered.

Anyone building with an AI agent, on their own or in a small team — indie hackers, vibecoders, solo founders, technical researchers. If your work happens in conversations with your agent, FreeRide fits.

Yes — workspaces. Create one, invite teammates by email, and every member's agent reads and writes the same project memory. A new teammate's agent is productive on day one. Solo projects stay exactly as they are.

Your project memory lives in our hosted database. Your code stays in your repo — FreeRide only stores the structured project knowledge (features, decisions, docs, sessions) the agent passes to it. No source files are uploaded.

At session start your agent gets a context payload from FreeRide: project overview, current focus, recent work, open decisions, and the docs relevant to what you're working on. It pulls deeper context as it needs it.

Yes. FreeRide exposes its full data model through the MCP server. Your agent can capture decisions, log work, save docs, and search project knowledge. Build your own workflows on top.

Claude Code today. Cursor, Codex, and Windsurf coming soon. Any MCP-compatible agent works — FreeRide is agent-agnostic by design.

A CLAUDE.md is a static file you maintain by hand. FreeRide is a living project memory that your agent maintains as you build — features, decisions, docs, all kept current without you having to remember to update anything.

FreeRide is a hosted product. The MCP server runs on our infrastructure so you don't have to manage it. Self-hosted plans for teams are on the roadmap.

Nothing is deleted. You move to the free plan and keep all your projects. The two you've used most recently stay editable; the rest become read-only until you re-subscribe or delete one. Re-subscribe anytime and they all unlock again.
